Java is a new, interpreted, object-oriented language from Sun Microsystems. It is written from ground up to be fully object-oriented, fast, secure and portable (to new a few features). It is ideally suited for internet applications and is much easier to master when compared to C++. This Presentation gives some the high level features of Java.
