Course Description

A two day course dealing with issues particular to project managers interested in objects. Object technology and client/server architectures allow companies to attempt and successfully complete large, and complex projects. From initial concepts to full scale development managing these projects correctly is essential. Approaches chosen for a project affect the entire organization. Successful projects contribute to the repository of re-usable components for the company. Older methodologies are not effective in managing object-oriented projects which utilizing state of the art technologies. Newer methodologies along with a fair understanding of object oriented approach is needed to successfully complete ever more complicated applications.

Pre-Requisites

Knowledge about general project management issues is helpful. Experience in traditional systems is very helpful. Exposure to object-oriented terms very helpful.
