Business Process Re-engineering is an important source for new projects. By
modeling the current processes in the business, then analyzing these process
to yield the optimized or re-engineered process based on a variety of drivers,
a number of potential automation projects are found. These projects then
fall in the Lifecycle Process (LCP) development cycle to finally realize the
re-engineerd processes.
